NHRDN Chennai Monthly Meeting – Friday, September 22nd 2017
South India, especially Tamil Nadu has temples with walls that speak. They speak of how one can create an organisation or a legacy that can survive for a 1000 years and of what it takes to build a culture that can survive for more than 5000 years.
This talk will look at 3 insights one can glean to create/change organisational culture from techniques that have stood the test of time – literally!
