Research by McKinsey suggests that core disruptive forces are fast changing the global socio-economic landscape, including in India. These have direct and demanding implications on today’s business leaders -who they are, what they do and how they interact. We will explore these along with new frontiers in leadership development, as defined by recent advances in neuroscience, applied learning and more as we learn to lead the way ahead in the 21st century.
